Liv Evans has closed herself off, not allowing herself to love someone as she suffered when she was younger. She doesn’t do relationships, boys are only for fun; until she meets Logan Tanner. Logan has also been burnt and finds it hard to trust, he doesn’t do relationships and makes his money street racing. Both Liv and Logan have to learn to let go and do what’s right or suffer the consequences.
Wow, I’m currently bawling like a baby, it’s been a long time since I had a cry with a good book and The Fine Line is just that! The storyline was catchy and entertaining. I’m a big fan of street racing and cars in general so it really pushed my buttons, not to mention the fit hunk, the complete package xD
Liv Evans was hurt in her past and decides to close herself off to prevent it happening again. Liv needs to learn to let loose and live life to the fullest before it’s too late. As a character she didn’t do much for me, I think mostly because she was always running away and giving out mixed signals but in the end she thankfully grew a backbone.
Logan Tanner is a street racing hunk, he races for money and fixes up cars on the side. How hot is that? He’s a great character, funny, charming, hot, a racer HELLO, understanding (to a point) and a great guy in general. I really liked Logan and felt sorry for him through a lot of the story.
The chemistry between Liv and Logan was on fire, but with reluctance from both sides it’s left to get hotter until it consumes them, they wound me up sometimes as I just wanted them together but Liv was too stubborn and Logan too untrusting. It just added to it though, the anticipation kept me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t put it down as I had to see where it would go.
Overall I thought ‘The Fine Line’ was a great read, full of action, romance, and hot guys. Kobishop has a way of gripping you and not letting go until you’ve finished. I finished this in one sitting and now wish I’d taken my time as I don’t want it to be over!!
