Min-Yo and the Moon Dragon - Elizabeth H...
As the moon sinks closer and closer to earth wise men are desperate to find a solution. It is said that there is a cobweb staircase that leads to the moon. Long ago people would take diamonds as tribute to the moon dragon, but the custom has long since been abandoned. The staircase is now old and flimsy and can only be seen at night. Little Min-Yo is the only person brave enough to attempt the perilous journey and discover the cause of the sinking moon. It is a nice story, but neither the text or illustrations are particularly remarkable.
