A Message for Grandma
A Message for Grandma - Carol Breckenrid... A Message for Grandma - Carol Breckenridge *I received a copy from NetGalley for review. This is my honest review*

A funny story to show kids the difficulty of a language barrier, and the importance of learning other languages. Alice only speaks English, her grandma only speaks German. Follow Alice to her grandmother's house while she tries to remember her mother's message with the many interruptions that come her way.

What Can Your Grandma Do? by Anne Sawan
What Can Your Grandma Do? - Anne Sawan,S... What Can Your Grandma Do? - Anne Sawan,Sernur Isik

What Can Your Grandma Do? by Anne Sawan is a fun-to-read children's book for ages four to seven years. It is illustrated by Sernur Iski. It's about grandparents with special talents. But does Jeremy's grandma have one? He learns what it is. I gave it four stars.

I received a complimentary Kindle copy from Clavis Books and NetGalley. That did not change my opinion for this review.

Grandmothers' Christmas guide
The Christmas Grandma Ran Away from Home - Nancy Warren

An unexpectedly sweet short novella about an old woman who rebels against her family’s Christmas tradition. This year, for the first time in half a century, she doesn’t want to host a Christmas gathering of her children and grandchildren, doesn’t want to cook her 55th Christmas turkey. She wants someone else to pick up the responsibility. When her sons start talking about her mental health in response to her verbal objections, she books a hotel and a flight a few hours away from home, hops on the plane, and leaves. She is determined to have a wonderful Christmas celebration of her own for the first time in fifty-five years. And she does.

Utterly charming. That’s how a granny should do it!

Ian at Grandma and Grandpa's House (Ian and Sarah) - Pauline Oud

I received this book from Netgalley in exchange of an honest review.

This was just as adorable as I had hoped. I spotted this book on Netgalley and it looked so fluffy and cute that I had to read it, and I am so glad I did, because this book will give you a warm fuzzy feeling.

It is about Ian who is going for a day (and a night) at his grandparents home. You will see what they do there in detail. From taking the dog walking, to scrubbing vegetables, to magical beds, and mountains of pancakes. It was so much fun to see all the things Ian's grandparents did with and for him. They were really sweet.

Ian was also a fun character, and I was happy that he had so much fun with his grandparents. I also was happy for him that he is able to visit his grandparents like this.

The art is really cute, adorable, and fits the book perfectly. The art is also really colourful and will attract your eye immediately.

Would I recommend this book? Oh yes, yes I would! If you want some fuzzy feelings of love and happiness be sure to read this one.
