Unpredictable, sexy and addictive. It's fitting that Blocked is a story about breaking rules. Author, Davenport and her characters, Alex and Geneva prove themselves to have that in common. Alex thrives on complicated and that doesn't give off the best of impressions, but there is more to the man then the bad choices. He's all heart when it comes to the things he wants most. That's what makes him so endearing. Geneva brings out the best side of this tempting heartbreaker. Heart, heat and humor will have you hooked on this series.

Era da tanto che avevo in mente di iniziare a leggere questa saga e forse anche grazie al freddo di questi primi giorni del 2019 il momento è arrivato.

E' difficile scrivere qualcosa di un libro di oltre 800 pagine, se non che per finire in dieci giorni un libro di tale "peso" la scrittura e la storia ti devono veramente catturare, quasi come se il libro ti tenesse in ostaggio come uno dei tanti presi durante le numerose battaglie svolte per giocare al Gioco del trono.

La cosa migliore per me stata l'uso dei  diversi punti di vista per portare avanti la storia. Ogni protagonista che racconta la sua parte di storia mette i suoi tasselli in una storia complessa, piena di intrighi e tradimenti , giustizia e ingiustizie ma anche di lealtà e onore ; tutte cose che si possono trovare nella realtà di tutti i giorni ma qui di reale c'è poco. Qui ci sono gli dei i meta-lupi, gli alberi sentinella , gli Estranei e molto altro. 

Una splendida lettura, che per fortuna è ( per ma) ancora solo al primo capitolo della saga.

It's finally Hunter's turn and the sexy, tatted up lawyer does not disappoint. This one has a somewhat slower build on the romance with so many things keeping Hunter and Riley apart, but the chemistry between them is through the roof. I loved Hunter's patience as he quite literally woos Riley, breaking down her walls little by little. We also get some suspense by way of both Riley's ex and her past, and this one had some twists that I never saw coming. The story does stand on its own, but for those familiar with the wonderful characters of this series, we get plenty of peeks at past favorites and what is going on in their lives. This one did feel a bit more drawn out at times, but it's full of Fernando's trademark wit and sass, along with some intrigue and a romance that is both sweet and scorching hot. All in all, another solid addition to the series.

Dirty Therapy by Tara Crescent is a fairly short read, perfect for those with limited reading time.  It is a M/F/M menage book though, so it may not be for everyone.  Ms. Crescent has delivered a well-written book.  The characters are fantastic and lovable.  Mia finds her fiance of two hours having sex with someone else.  Ben and Landon are sex therapists.  Their story is packed with drama, humor, smokin' hot sex and a bit of suspense.  I enjoyed reading Dirty Therapy and look forward to reading more from Tara Crescent in the future.  Dirty Therapy is book 1 of the Dirty Series but can be read as a standalone.  This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
