While shampooing the hair, use conditioner only on the scalp. Avoid taking a hot shower while washing hair as it cancels out the effect that is provided by the conditioner. Don’t keep the hair tied for a long time and change the style of tying hair frequently. One can opt for therapies that facilitate nutrition to hair roots.
