  • Genetic causes – Sometimes blemishes may have a genetic link. This includes diseases like Darier disease (wart-like blemishes), Fabry disease (an inherited disorder that happens due to gene mutation), etc. 
  • Clogged pores – Due to excess production of oil by sebaceous glands blemishes may occur. This oil generated will mingle with dead skin cells or dirt over the face. This results in pimples, pustules, blackheads, and whiteheads. Hormonal changes often add trouble to the situation. 
  • Over usage of cosmetic products like makeup, sunscreen, or moisturizer can also lead to clogged pores.
  • Environmental toxins – Dirt, car exhaust, pollution, bacteria also sometimes contribute to this condition. 
  • Diet – Diet is having a great impact on the skin. This can cause food allergies, skin irritations, and bumps. Dairy products can lead to sensitive skin issues to people. Foods rich in high sugar, simple carbohydrates also lead to blemishes.

Home Remedies for Blemished Skin

 

1.    Aloe Gel

Take a Fresh Aloe Vera leaves and extract the pulp. Apply the pulp on affected area and message for 30 mins. Leave until to dry and rinse with water this makes to prevent blemishes. Aloe vera is rich in antioxidants and polysaccharides which possesses healing and skin rejuvenating properties and also smoothens the skin

2.  Pure Honey Application for Blemishes

Apply pure honey on affected blemishes area and keep allow for 30 mins. And rinse with water and repeat this for 1 week this helps to get rid of Blemishes. Because honey posses humectant and emollient properties which nourishes the skin cells and maintain optimum hydration required for the skin. And also honey has rich in antioxidants which removes the free radicals and fade the marks and scars and generates new glow skin

3.  Potato juice for Application

Take a potato and extract the juice out of it. Apply this juice on blemishes affected area and leave for 30 min. Allow them to dry for rinse with fresh water. Repeat this daily in a week

4.  Lemon Juice for Blemishes

Take a fresh lemon and extract the juice. Apply On affected area for 20 mins rinse with water. Repeat this application once in a day. This makes get rid of Blemishes. 5.  Fresh and Ripened Papaya

              Take a fresh Ripened papaya. Peel it and cut in to pieces. Mash the papaya and apply on face. Keep this for 30 mins. Allow them to dry for 30 mins and wash with fresh water. Repeat this for twice in a week. This Makes to get rid of Blemishes. 6.  Neem paste with Honey

Take 20 to 30 Fresh Neem Leaves and grind it make a mixture apply honey on it. Apply on face and make then dry and rinse with fresh water. Repeat this twice in a week. This makes to prevent blemishes. Because Neem has rich in antibiotics. This makes control the excess oil that is being produced by the skin and prevents clogging it in the pores.
