I liked it. Crazy mother. A pervert for a father. A scorned crippled boyfriend. Miracles. Shit if I were Meredith I'd save every penny and mooch all resources just to run away from all that. Short but good. Not satisfied with the ending, it was pretty weird and I still don't get the relation of the numbers and why she finds comfort whenever she calculates years or whatever in her head. The action taken by her grandmother around 75% in the book was very promising and it was disappointing that is was not something that aided her freedom in the end.3.5 stars
