I did a first impression review of The Knife of Never Letting Go over on my blog, The Broke and the Bookish. I read thirty pages and then say my first date thoughts of the book. This one was pretty favorable and I can't wait to read more of it. 

I did a pretty long post over there, so check it out if you are interested. I'll paste my final verdict over here though, just for funsies. 

Over at The Broke and the Bookish (my co-blog) I wrote a piece today talking about my reading patterns from last year. Despite barely making it to 52 books, I actually accomplished or started to a lot of informal goals, like catching up on series that I had already started or reading more books that I had not yet rea

d that I already owned.

Also this cover is way less "YOU'RE READING A BOOK ABOUT NAZIS" then the one I read. I always felt like I had to hide the cover, more so than romance novels really, just in case someone thought I was reading a "How to" guide on Nazis or something. *shrug* High school logic.

Today, us ladies over at The Broke and the Bookish are hosting the Top Ten Best or Worst Series Endings. We all took it in a few directions... I sort of went to a dark place with my worst pick mostly because it still isn't over. But I can tease you a bit by including my two best picks.
