25 EXTINCT ANIMALS SINCE THE BIRTH OF MANKIND by I P Factly
25 Extinct Animals... since the birth of mankind! Animal Facts, Photos and Video Links. (25 Amazing Animals Series) - IP Factly,IC Wildlife

Tells of animals that have gone extinct since mankind has been on earth from Neanderthal man and sabertooth cats to 20th century animals such as the golden toad and three species of tigers.

I found this fascinating. Some of the animals I had not heard much about before reading of them here. Each of the 25 animals in the book had their information about size, habitat, and food before a short explanation of their lives and what led to their extinction. Most extinctions occurred because of man destroying and taking over their habitat or hunting them.

These were interesting animals that through human behavior became extinct. We cannot get them back. What a waste and a shame!
