As an animal welfare advocate I was excited to read this. I have talked with the local animal control guys near me and they seem so jaded and unhappy. They never talk about the day to day job but, I thought saving animals would be a happy career. I was curious to read a real life, not made for TV re...
Really surprisingly good... it gets better as the book progresses and I enjoyed the last few stories more than the beginning ones. It reminded me a lot of the animal cop shows I used to be addicted to... and, I'm sure, will be addicted to again once we have cable again.
