This books was good fun. There is magic, action adventure, pirate, romance, and just about everything else. The book started off jumping right into the action and it kept coming all the way to the end. Even during the somewhat down period of the book where the two characters were stuck in one place ...
I enjoyed this book so much! It was quick and fun and so well built. I thought the narrator's quirkily wrong english would start to get on my nerves but it just came out endearing really, young and human. So happy I read this!
Probably closer to 3.5 stars.

What an amazing find! Picked this up because I needed something to read waiting on another book to be released. I fell in love with this book! Can't wait for the sequel.
