Cecilia Ahern. Is. A. Genius. No doubt about that. Her stories, with that special touch of fairytales and magic, are one of a kind and I liked every book of hers that I've read but I enjoyed this one the most (aside from Thanks For The Memories because it's so romantic, of course :-D) because firstl...

Like all her books, this is a sweet story set in Ireland with an element of magic. Every time she brings something different to the tale, but there's always a v uplifting message running through the book. In this case - remember that what you do today will affect tomorrow.

Did Not Finish//I read up to page 100 but unfortunately decided not to continue. I don't generally finish books that I'm not enjoying (which is why I don't rate anything super-low), so I enjoyed this enough to finish it, however, I'm ultimately disappointed in it. I'm going with 2 stars, but it's really closer to 2.5 stars for me.I think that some of the elements of the plot and...

Here’s the plot as I knew it going into the story: Tamara’s dad dies, her mother withdraws deeply into her grief, and the previously wealthy mother and daughter most go live with poor relations to get by. While struggling to fit into her new life, Tamara finds a book, which every night reveals the e...

What do you do when your whole life is upended, and you’ve lost everything? Her father’s dead, her mother’s lost her faculties in grief, and her house has been repossessed. Now Tamara and her mother are living with her aunt and uncle, Rosaleen and Arthur, in the middle of nowhere, and there’s nothin...
