I almost didn't read this book.First of all, I am not a big fan of adult Meg Cabot books, minus a few exceptions. Her teen books are my guilty pleasure, but her characters are exactly the same in both. What's acceptable for a teenager is different than what's acceptable for someone in their 30s, and...

It's 4:00 o'clock in the morning...the conversations go boring Naaah. My eyes are kinda droopy now, not that I have ptosis or something--my eyes are kinda tired now but my brain wants me to write a review even I know my thoughts are a little messed up, considering my body is a silently shouting: Sle...

I loved this story which consisted entirely of emails. The action, plot, romance all good and it was hilarious. I don't know when I've laughed so much. Gossip columnist Mel finds the elderly women next door barely alive. When the neighbors nephew comes to take care of her pets, he says his nickn...

Um livro super divertido, de uma leitura fantasticamente fácil e que arranca diversas gargalhadas. Um história feliz, com tudo o que se pode pedir e mais: um bom exemplo de um romance epistolar divertido!

I was a little put off at first with the email format of the book. I kept waiting for the emails to end and the chapters to begin. However, once I got into it, the emails stopped bothering me and the book became charming. I loved the friendship between Nad & Mel. They were always there for each othe...

What a ride. After I wrapped my head around the email format of this book - you read that right, pages upon pages of emails strung together instead of chapters of traditional prose - I couldn't stop reading. I knew enough of Meg Cabot to expect this, but I don't think I could do it again. The voices...

Slightly amusing, but I think the email format is very dated now, so what was once amusing ends up being a gimmick that doesn't quite work out of context.2.75 is more accurate of a rating.

This is the first Meg Cabot book I've read and I loved it! I'll definitely be reading the next one in the series. It's not a series that necessarily follows the same people, that's a bummer, but I like the way she writes so I'm okay with that. This book is completely in email format. It was a little ...
