It has been awhile since I have read a historical romance book and what a way to get back into them! I loved Alec and Jamie. Their banter was hilarious and I would find myself chuckling through good portions of the book. This was a great, easy read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Got better toward the end, but not my favorite by this author. I'm not a fan of ridiculous and things got a little bit out if hand. I could never decide if I liked Jamie or not and it took too long for me to get through the wacky dialogue. Some like wacky... Me, not so much.

I'm going to be quite frank with you. I was a little nervous while reading this.I was afraid she would take the typical/realistic road--silly me, I know, the overdominating, overpowering, over-true to history kind of book.Which she did--but she made it bearable, actually more than that, enjoyable.Sh...

a sweet readI love this book. I like JG , she is one of my fav historical writer.I like her historical because of the h. Her h's are strong willed, but some how come of as vulnerable too .They are not stupid. The H's are alpha , but not annoyingly controlling. JG makes it work. The chemistry between...
