Craig Johnson is a master of the genre and a damn fine storyteller, as has been noted in many reviews and nicely summed up in the blurbs on the back of this book. Wow, great writing. This is the first of his books I have read. Can't believe how different from the TV series this was. Craig Johnson writes like I think so this was a very personal reading experience for me. Can't wait to get into the rest of the series.

I really should have read this book first.
