3.5 stars. I wanted to love this book more than I did. I gave it a .5 star bonus for delightful nerd culture references that made me giggle. Overall, though it had all the elements of a successful PNR, somehow I just didn't give a crap by the time I was about halfway through. Figure out the mystery....
I don't know how to describe what I just read because I wasn't expecting what I just read. It was light and at times funny. It was like watching a buddy cop show on TV.I like Alyssa Day and will most likely read the next book when that comes out.
