I was completely surprised at how much I enjoyed this book! What a great follow up to The Darkest Night. Anya has been secretly been watching the keeper of the demon Death, Lucien, and is enthralled with him. But at her approach, Lucien is immediately suspicious of her. Lucien has deep insecurities ...

Well, the good news about the Lords of the Underworld is that I was right. The romance in the first book did seem rushed because there were a lot of other things happening and there was a lot of world building going on that, at times, HAD to take precedence over the romance and I could see in this s...

I enjoyed this one a lot, the heroine Anya was a Goddess of Anarchy and kind of spoiled and prone to tantrums. She took a liking to Lucien, the one that opened Pandora's box and keeper of death and did her best to rile him and make him want her but Lucien is the calm one, keeping all the Lords toget...

The ONLY reason it's getting 4 stars is because of Anya. She was the entire book, she was funny and sarcastic. Anya made me laugh throughout the book.I must say that this whole "grown ass woman virgin" shit HAS GOT TO STOP! Really?? First time you've had sex? Is that so? Could have fooled me with th...

This book was, in my opinion, a solid 3.5 stars but I rounded up because Anya was awesome. I love that she totally stalked Lucien aka Flowers lol. She was smart, funny, sarcastic and a complete bad ass. It was a fun read and I'm looking forward to seeing what befalls the next lord of the underworld.

So, one of my biggest book pet-peeves is covers that do not match the characters... I was promised sexy-ass scars... WHERE ARE MY SEXY-ASS SCARS!?! So that's one thing. Second, another virgin? Seriously?!?! (that's not a spoiler because I think it's obvious to anyone with a clue pretty early on)Ok,...

No surprises, but an enjoyable read. If the next lord finds himself with a virgin this is going to be a long, predictable series...
