For a more in-depth review and more, check out http://vivaladolcevita14.blogspot.com/It's such a shame I couldn't finish this book. The prequel was a hell of a lot better. The dual perspectives really threw me of, and to me did not work with the novel. I felt the story was a bit derivative as well.R...
I really enjoyed this book, its a bit on the religious side but not too preachy in a this is a book to cram religion down your throat.I liked the main character a lot I cant wait to read more about the smaxy mysterous guy that she kept running into at the end of the book.
Actual rating: 3.5Original review: http://onabookbender.com/2011/12/07/review-demon-trappers-daughter-by-jana-oliver/With the economy the way it is currently, the Atlanta of 2018 is not really that difficult to believe (minus the paranormal aspect, of course). I enjoyed the world Jana Oliver create...
I picked up this book for a very superficial reason: the cover was gorgeous! Luckily, I did like the story and enjoyed reading about demon trapping, which is something that I haven't read about before. Riley is one tough main character who sure has to deal with a lot of bad stuff in this book! Lucki...
While I enjoyed Demon Trapper's Daughter, I wouldn't say that it was one of my favorite reads. It's definitely not one of the best young adult novels I have read, but it's not bad either. I enjoyed it from beginning to end; there were a few sad parts but the quirky lower grade demons always managed to put a smile on my face. I read this bo...
This was a slow start for me. I wasn't really feeling it when I first started reading. But by the second or third chapter, I was hooked. I stayed up way too late and woke up way too early to finish the book. This wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be. While I enjoyed it, I loved how I did...
