I did not like the heroine Geary much, although by the end I liked her more. Arik and his brother Solin I liked a lot better from the beginning. The searching for Atlantis storyline was hit-and-miss. Sherrilyn just glossed over it slightly. I'm sure the Kat storyline will be more helpful in later...
