The GoodThe twist on vampire mythology. McKay took what we know about vampires and flipped it on its head. These vampires don't sparkle; they herd people up and farm them for their blood. This was such an interesting idea, and I really wish there had been more focus on it throughout the book.Mel....
I was pleasantly surprised by The Farm: I wasn’t expecting to be quite as thrilling and enjoyable as it is. Well constructed and delivered, The Farm was let down by the narrow-mindedness of its main character.During their six month imprisonment in The Farm, Lily has been taking care of her twin sist...
Very interesting book. Very interesting indeed.Initially, going into this book I thought I had it all figured out. Boy was I wrong. Instead, I got a more in depth, complicate story that turn out to be quite beautiful. The plot of the book is nothing like the synopsis cause it go farther and deeper ...

A lot of people enjoyed this book, but sadly I wasn't one of them.*Caution: if you feel you'd like this book, don't read further because there will be spoilers in my rant*There are only two redeeming qualities in my opinion - Mel, Lily's autistic twin and the sweetest ...
A fresh take on vampires which I *really* appreciated. The author's voice was strong and the book was easy to read. I had a couple of minor issues with the worldbuilding and how it was set up, but I enjoyed the characters & storyline.
