My Rating: 2.5 stars: Finished it - take it or leave it (C)For those of you that have followed me for a while, you probably know that Ms. Kenyon’s Dark Hunter series is one of my favorites; however, I have been disappointed with the last few books. I feel that the overall story arc has been lost in ...

I couldn't figure out why everyone's reviews were so great. I thought it was good, but nothing amazing. Then, I as I got closer to the end, I connected to the characters and got so interested that I stayed up all night to finish it. Granted, I started reading it at 3am. Instead of reading a few page...

Way better than the past few Dark Hunter books.

Truthfully, I didn’t want to start this book because I haven’t cared for the last few books in this series. So with my not so high expectations, I kept pushing it back until I had no choice but to read it. When I was done I was wonderfully surprised, I loved it. I felt this was Kenyon back to her ol...

Whoa, way better than Retribution. So far it is my favorite of all the books. It's a really touching story and the epilogue imploded my brain. The blending of the Chronicles of Nick series with the Dark Hunters is brilliant. I can't wait to see where this arc goes.

I had a little bit of trouble getting into the story of this book, and I have always liked the dream-hunter books a little less than the dark-hunters. Seth and Lydia's story was good, but it was very dark! And Noir was more scary than ever in this one as well.

I have to say that I loved this book and devoured it quickly. Seth is one handsome demi-god that despite the fact he is evil's right hand man will break your heart. Seth is not in the underworld as a willing employee, but as a broken slave. In fact what breaks your heart is that Seth has never known...

4.75 stars. The best Dream Hunter book so far.I feel the dream hunters have replaced the dark hunters series in continuing and completing the plot line. The last two books in the dream hunter series have advanced the story whereas the last 3-4 dark hunter books have introduced completely new concepts...

Published at http://rubys-books.blogspot.com/2011/11/book-review-guardian-by-sherrilyn.html Finally, the day of a new release in the Dark Hunter realm has come. I think I should've read slower, but here I am, about 10-15 minutes after I closed the book. The book was good, but like all the Dream Hun...
