What if I told you that you are not a hardgainer, and that there are some fundamental principles that you have overlooked while searching for answers to help you build muscle.
There are not many real "secrets" in the fitness industry. The real secret comes from experience and learning what works best for you. I do not have a special pill that will make you put on 10 pounds of muscle in 5 days, but I do have experience. Experience that I enjoy sharing with others to help them build confidence in their physiques.
I have been in your shoes, looking for whatever secret I could that would help me pack on slabs of muscle. I started my fitness journey at a scrawny 120 pounds. Through a lot of trial and error, and learning as much as I could, I got up to 185 pounds.
My journey was no walk in the park. I started out getting all of my information from magazines. Though entertaining and fun to read, these magazines are run by supplement companies that are trying to get the reader to buy their product. After going through many workouts and supplements, I decided to try out a couple of EBooks for information.
The Hardgainer's Bible cuts through the B.S. and provides you with the fundamentals to help maximize your hard work in and out of the gym.
I have tried so many different techniques in my adventurous. There is so much complex information out there that sometimes we lose sight of the Fundamentals.
The thing that I have learned is that you can have the most elaborate program that hits every muscle perfectly, but if you stray from the fundamentals, then you are not maximizing your gains.
If you are a beginner that is not gaining around a pound per week, then you are failing to follow one of these principles.
Grab your copy of The Hardgainer's Bible and follow the 15 Principles, you will not be disappointed.
