Man, this book was great! Clive Barkers writing really can grab you. His prose is excellent and his imagery is vivid without being overly wordy. Read very close to the movie - I only regret not reading it beforehand, as I had some preconceived notions and pictures in my head. Highly Recommended!!

Dark and malevolant story of how Frank's ever consuming quest for new and more exciting pleasure leads him to become trapped in eternal torment...until a possibility of escape offers itself.
