Tremendous. The Heroes is more about characters than plot (which concerns a three-day battle between two main forces and their various allies), but their stories are as rich and their voices as distinctive as we've come to expect from Abercrombie, making this a hugely enjoyable read. More, please.

This started out a bit slow, but once it got going I couldnt put it down. Excellent characterizations and world-building. Some old aquaintances, other new friends...or new enemies.I hate Bayaz even more now.
