I liked this, but I just don't see what all the fuss is about. This was fast-paced and funny in that "something unexpected happens and it is super zany!" way, and it was a very quick read for that reason. It feels very Monty Python-esque in terms of the way the humor is handled, which can certainl...

Wow, this was a surprisingly quick read. I think it helped that I just couldn't wait to find out what happened next because with this book, literally, anything could happen.I have to say, it really wasn't what I thought it would be. Not that I regret reading it. I had some funny moments which I shared with this book but the writing didn't ...

Seriously I have been begged by friends to read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy for years. I initially tried to watch the movie and got bored and never finished it years ago. This book is the equivalent of watching a dark comedy. I laughed out loud several times and though the lack of character...

it has a unique sense of humor, but I find it rather refreshing. and I think this may seriously be the best dialogue I have ever read ... ever. because Adams is just awesome like that.

This book is fun, funny, crazy, occasionally mindblowing, weird and finally...great. It kept me reading and I just loved how Adams plays with the situations and characters. :) Now it's one of my favorites :D
