Meyer succeeds in creating fantastic characters that the reader can invest in without fear. Her strength in creating lovable characters does not fail, making for a great read. Why this is "adult" fiction, while her Eclipse series is "young adult" fiction I do not know - in my opinion it's all just...

Surprisingly extremely good. The writing in Twilight, though it hooked me, was so simple, that I didn't really know what to expect with this one. This was so well written, thick, emotional, and so different. May be buying this one to reread.

Even before reading, I expected this book to be a romancey, older version of Animorphs with the Yeerks taking over people's bodies and I was mostly right,...

Okay, so you know how sometimes you'll be eating junk food, and you just want to keep eating it until it's all gone, even though you begin to feel a bit queasy? And then maybe once you've eaten it all, you look at the label and see that the food you just ate has partially hydrogenated oil, high-fruc...

1. I read some reviews were people stopped reading the book because of the age difference - seriously? Its not even a problem - Wanderer is just as old as Jared and Ian ---- AND there are much bigger age difference between some folks here in real life. 2.I loved hearing about the other planets - I f...

DNF: Another bad experience of young-adult scifi romance. The story could have been even romantic (some issues aside), if not the whole face slapping/beatings/humiliation/etc. of the main female character by angry mob, including her past and present love interests.
