What does an Archbishop have in common with a quantum physics professor? And what is the place of love, suffering and death in the House of Truth? Surprise, surprise they all share exactly the same Rooms. How can that possibly be for we all know that there are fundamental differences between them to consider! It turns out that for mediocre scientists and mediocre religious folk there is no difference, their approach and arguments are firmly based upon emotion – pulling at the heart-strings of all who would listen to them. But for the pure, such as many we meet in our journey through the House of Truth it transpires that the differences lie in the way in which their ideals, their aims and their way of life flow through those Rooms of Truth. And this dynamic in the House is essential when it comes to evaluating the deep- seated value of love, suffering and death and understanding the real worth of those who would have us believe such things as, ‘evolution denies the existence of God’ or, ‘belief in God denies the truth of evolution’ – such beliefs are for the mediocre not the pure seekers of ‘the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth’
