I think I liked this one least of all the books- not to say that I disliked it- But it was nice how it had a sort of dark snow white meets The Hobbit feel to it.
The Possum dearly loved the whole series, but Mallory and her fencing made the biggest impression. And the cover image. She wanted to be Mallory from this cover for Halloween. Eventually it turned into Rapunzel, but it started with this. Also, the fencing lessons were spawned by this.
