Very moving story with excellent plot twists. The writing feels a little weak sometimes, but the author's knowledge about and love for Afghanistan shine through. I can see why many people love this book. It's the kind of universal human drama that touches the heart.

The book was slow. The last few chapters were good, but the beginning and middle could have been.cut back to keep my interest. The morals and the history were the best o arts of the book.

I had to read this for a class at school and I completely enjoyed it. It is very different from what i usually read, but it had me feeling so many different emotions at once; sadness, shock, disgust, and so much more. I cried many times during this book, but none the less loved it .

Even if it was just a sample, The Kite Runner is the kind of story you’ve never read before, until it hits you.

This was an awesome read! I remember reading The Kite Runner in high school, but couldn't remember much about it. I was dreading reading the actual book, so when I found out that there was a graphic novel I had to get it! I got it as an E-Book from my library via Kindle and I was not disappointed.I'...

OMG I love this book. It broke my heart repeatedly. Hassan has to be one of the greatest characters ever, a true angel. I love Amir's journey even though it was so painful. This is a book that needs to be read by everyone. Beautiful, beautiful, wonderful story.

I read this novel with low expectations since I generally don’t like these types of novels. Unfortunately, this novel barely met even my low expectations. The Kite Runner is basically a long, rambling novel that is almost like a fictional memoir without any real plot, a novel where the writer is try...
