A nice starter for Tolkien's languages, though if seriously interested, please reference Christopher Tolkien's extensive work from his father's notes, The Parma Eldalamberon or The Book of Tongues. This is a really interesting view into the things that Tolkien put into his languages, and is also fun if you like to do encrypting.
