I really don't know where to begin right now...I'm struggling to make sense of what I've just finished reading. I had gone into the Chronicles of Narnia well prepared for the allegory and the dated social statements...I had even known from the beginning that 'The Last Battle' was widely regarded as...

I've stopped reading this book no matter how I tried to finish it. This book is very depressing and it got me headache. I'm very disappointed with this book. Overall, the best book for this series is The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

This was one of the better books. The ending was rather bittersweet. On the one hand, everyone is happy, but on the other, everybody's dead.I find it difficult to describe my feelings and opinions on this particular book, with exception to the aforementioned.

Started 2-9-10. WHACKED over the head with the symbolism. Not subtle :-)
