When Hitler was trapped by the advancing Allied armies he called for his friend Joseph Beck and met him in the bunker in Berlin and gave him The Reich Scroll and ordered him to escape Germany with the Scroll and build the Fourth Reich. Beck is guarded by three soldiers who become his bodyguards for the years to come. They reach South Africa and start the long process of building the next fascist regime.

Sam Ferris was trapped close to Dunkirk in 1940. He hid under some dead colleagues while his older brothers fought with the Germans. They were overrun and a young German officer executed four British soldiers in a small wood. That officer was Joseph Beck. He was unaware that Sam Ferris saw him. Beck became a war hero in German eyes and a war criminal to the rest of the world. Sam Ferris watches as Beck builds his empire and waits for the day he can come face to face with the man he has sworn to kill to avenge the death of his brothers and colleagues.
