I love her pretty little liars series so I decided to give this book a try. I'm glad I did. Was it better than PLL? No. But Sara sure knows how to write a gripping mystery and make you guess until the very end! I think I'll put a hold on this series for now until her PLL series is over and finished.

A little too much time on descriptions of clothing and hairstyles and not enough spent on plot for my taste. I have to find out who did it, however(though I have my suspicions), so I'll be on to the next one soon.

Reading "The Lying Game" was remarkably different from my experience watching the ABC Family TV series, but for the most part, I liked what it had to offer. It's a decent chick-lit, mean girl murder mystery about separated identical twins who were raised in different families. Emma realizes that s...

First let me just say that I absolutely loved Sara Shepard's previous series, Pretty Little Liars. This is the first book in a new series that I hope will be just as good!I didn't realize when I started reading this book that it was going to be part of a series, but now I'm happy that it is! I reall...

I thoroughly enjoyed this 1st book in the series and am looking forward to reading the rest. A great story, love the way Emma handles walking in her sisters footsteps pretending to be her, will Ethan and her get together or will Ethan become a suspect? A page turner to find out what happened to Su...

I love the suspension. It is somehow pretty similar to the PLL.

I actually surprised myself by really enjoying this book. After struggling to get through the last few in the Pretty Little Liars series, I honestly wasn't expecting to like this book as much as I did. To be fair, it does have its faults. I mean, the secret long-lost twin story? Is this a YA nov...

I really don't know what to write about this book. :S Clearly,I liked it,cause I finished it and it didn't end up in my will-finish-later pile. I was a little disappointed about the lack of romance. Maybe I'm just used to have it like in PLL. But after all The Lying Game is for younger teens. I was ...

I was a little hesitant about picking up one of Sara Shepard’s books, as I had heard such mixed things about the Pretty Little Liars series. Some people say it’s amazing, and yet plenty of others say that it’s a long winded series that should have stopped at a few books. Luckily, I have learnt to ma...
