A good book is one where even knowing the ending in advance doesn't spoil the story. I haven't watched the movie yet, because I wanted to read the book first, but obviously, you can't help but hear a few spoilers along the way anytime a big movie like this comes out. At first, I really got into the ...

I thought a laptop would be fine outside. It's just electronics, right? [...]It died instantly. [...] Turns out the L in LCD stands for Liquid. I guess it either froze or boiled off. Maybe I'll post a consumer review. "Brought product to surface of Mars. It stopped working. 0/10."That passage embod...

I thought, that I will like it more, than I actually did. So in a way I was disappointed. Firstly, I made a mistake by watching a movie first. And I have to say I liked it more, than a book. So much better than I could have expected. The sarcasm was hilarious, and I actually really enjoyed the science, especially got to appreciate it being dumb-down for non science majors. ;) Looking forward to seeing the movie!!

Well, finally I have finished to read this book... do not get me wrong, it was interesting, but it was soooo long... well, I have an idea why it was so hard to get through, but it has nothing to do with the plot , more to the language. It was very specified at times, but still understandable. I was ...

Prepare yourselves because this is going to be a review with nothing but praise. I know this book has been spoken about to death and, at first, I was skeptical as to whether I will like it or not. However, I am glad to say that it is an incredible book! Full of sass and entertainment and SCIENCE! Go...

First 5 stars of the year! I loved this book so much. I hadn't been so involved with a book in a while, but Andy Weir manages that wonderfully. You root for Mike so hard, his triumphs and losses feel incredibly personal. I loved how humor is ever-present throughout the book, even in the hardest mo...
