Hi, I’m Mindy Spell, and my dad says there are more magical folk living in our little town of Incantation than just about anywhere else. I know he’s right because Billy from down-the-street just killed the moon, and that’s like, totally crazy, because up until now Billy couldn’t magic his way out of a paper bag. I never realized how important the moon is before, and now the world’s gone nuts! The tides are slowing down, birds won’t land, and people all across the globe are panicking. Now it’s up to me and my friends to help Billy put the moon back together before our parents find out. It turns out that they’re the least of our problems though, because someone evil is lurking about, and he knows the truth behind Billy’s magic. We have to stop him before something else goes horribly wrong!
