5.0 The Mysterious Benedict Society and The Prisoner's Dilemma (Mysterious Benedict Society Series #3)
didn't expect the 3rd book in the series to be this strong. Really great read and a nice wrap up for the whole story. I loved to see how the kids and their talents develop throughout the series and to find out more about Constance's (short) life before the society.

As usual, hijinks surround the lives of the four children. Mysteries, puzzles, threatening danger. It was fun, but somehow not quite as big as I was expecting. Still, a great end to the series (I think it’s the end?). [Aug. 2010]

5.0 The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Prisoner's Dilemma (The Mysterious Benedict Society #3)
I think this is my favorite of the trilogy. I'm definitely a huge fan of the series. I like that the kids are the heroes and that each one is appreciated because of his or her unique gift and contribution to the group. I also appreciate the team spirit presented in each of the Benedict novels.

Quite enjoyed this last book. It wrapped things up nicely. No wondering if there might be another book. (Although I suppose there *could* be, I'm not left wondering, at least!) While some of the plot was blatantly obvious to the reader, it was still enjoyable to read.
