I'm very much a fan of easy books to read, simply for pure enjoyment of the plot. Unfortunately, The Nanny Diaries lacked in the plot department. I felt like the book moved slowly, and I often got bored while reading. However, I went into it expecting an easy read, and that is what I got. I'm not te...

It was a very quick and fun read... But the conclusion left me wanting. I need closure, damn it!

Hmm..The Nanny Diaries could have been much, much worse, considering that I dreaded reading chick lit about whiny tiny kids with sticky little fingers and Mary Sue-ish nannies fulfilling their every diaper and Sesame Street wish. What startled me is that this book is actually quite humorous and well ...

Very sarcastic. I read this after watching the movie, which I thought was better in comparison and had a more uplifting ending.

The Nanny Diaries is an enjoyable chicklit. Unfortunately, the ending left much to be desired. Could have been better.

I enjoyed this book - only I think I had different expectations. It was a quick listen (as I had the cd in my car), and it was only 4 discs. The best part was that the reader was Julia Roberts (and I love her voice!). It was a cute story.
