I am a huge fan of Nicholas Sparks and this book is no exception. He is an amazingly talented writer and I just love The Notebook. The romance is good and I am one of few who does not find the ending sad but rather happy in a sense :)
I read this book because of the movie. I enjoyed the movie more than the actual book, but it was still fun to read. A sappy romantic love story every once in a while is perfect and if you're looking for that: read this!
