Quick read that intros the series focusing on a small group of werewolves and their human neighbor Sugar.
I don't think I've ever heard of a bald vampire. That was new at least. The idea of the omegas isn't completely new but I don't think I've ever seen werewolves become loners and then form their own no alpha pack.
Nice twists on the vampire/were story, but technical problems detracted from the story. Sometimes adjectives are not your friend and here there were too many instances were they intruded on the story and made problems rather than illuminated it. A quick, fun read with a group of Omegas, Werewolves, who need training by a Vampire to stand up in a challenge. The Omegas neighbor Sugar can´t resist the lure of Daedalus.Shifter, vamps and the quick, fun banter Annie Nicholas always offers.Can´t wait to hear more from them all.
Very short, but very yummmy..... I can't wait to read the sequel! :))
