First off, I absolutely loved this book. The story was haunting and jarring and perfect. I couldn't put it down, even when it started to get a little too real and powerful. This was my first Jodi Picoult novel and I won't hesitate to pick up more of hers.I'm a sucker for enthralling love stories and...

This book has restored my faith in Jodi Picoult as an author. After reading Handle With Care I wasn't sure that I would want to read anymore of her books. But The Pact was well written and believeable.

While I did like this book, it was not one of my favourite Jodi Picoult books. There was just something about this book, and I still can’t figure out what it is exactly, that I wasn’t able to connect with. Wow. This story was intense. Had me on the edge of my seat until the very end. I'm gonna say this is my favorite Picoult book so far. And a great book club choice - can't wait to discuss at our meeting!

My sister let part of the plot slip when she was telling me how good of a book this was - which I'm kinda glad about because it would have been more disturbing to read it without warning. But I won't tell you what it is - because it again takes away the shock factor of it...so it's kinda a good and...

I started reading this book in March, a few weeks after the death of my younger brother. I found the subject of death to be something I just really couldn't read about at the time. Months later I picked this book up and could not put it down. While I enjoyed it, I kind of wanted to know more about E...

I'm not quite sure what I think of this book. I had a hard time putting it down, and found it immediately fascinating... but after I finished it, it hung around and I started liking it less and less. I found the entire plot troublesome and don't know what I think of the way it all ended... Probably ...
