This book's eye-catching cover and glowing reviews have kept it on my radar for a long time, but the $9.99 Kindle price meant I left it on my TBR list for months. Unfortunately, the end result of all this hesitating was an explicit, disconnected sex life being acted out by characters who I never wa...

Haven't read any of Ms. Burton's work so I thought I'd give it a try. I guess it was an easy light hot read, if that even makes sense, where all the characters' (serious) issues were resolved in a line or 2, fitting nicely in their neat little boxes, and they all lived HEA.

I simply love the Play by Play series. They are fun sexy reads that I call candy books. Nothing earth shattering just delicous fun!Our boys gets his mind blown away by a single mom who for once decided to have a little fun. Hot sex and steamy glances will have you fanning yourself. I am a bit split on this one. First the cover is totally awesome. Wowser. I read this as a library book on all its trade paper size goodness. I am glad just to have seen the cover close up and in color. Would have missed out on my Kindle. :)I was a bit worried about the sports theme here as I an not...

I really enjoyed this book. Nothing spectacular but really enjoyable. I put this off for so long because I was certain the book couldn't match the hype. My expectations were low and the book easily surpassed them. I liked the H and the h together and I liked witnessing them fall in love. Not a lot o...

This was my première with Jaci Burton although I can't say for how long I've been wanting to read her books, specially the series Wild Rides . But then again, Play by Play also seemed very interesting because it's about sports and I do love sports - not all of them but I'm a sporty girl what can I ...

The obvious out of the way first: this book (indeed this whole series) was blessed by the cover fairies. I think when I first saw it I stood frozen in B&N for about 5 minutes with my jaw stuck open. And I'm not the biggest fan of the naked mantitty cover, but, dang...Onto the book itself. It was ...

I went on a long stream of really heavy books so this was exactly what I needed and at just the right time. Sports romance novels are by far my guiltiest of guilty pleasures. I don't expect the stars and the moon to be hung by the story. I expect to be entertained and to have a level of swoonworthin...
