I loved it....Not only is it a book on politics but also on human behavior. The witty writing alone merits a read.

For a collection of one shots this one wasn't bad, but I never felt this moment of utter adoration, either, so.. Pretty average, but overall enjoy- and readable.

This was an interesting piece of satire that, unfortunately, I don't feel I was completely able to appreciate. There were simply too many historical references that I was not familiar with and I got bored.

Don’t really know what to make of this. On the one hand you could accuse Machiavelli of wickedness for suggesting that to rule you need to be a bit of unethical and a bit brutal some of the time, or on the other hand you could praise him for these observations of human nature.
