A definite step up from the last book in the series. John still annoys me, although I did like reading Marina's and Six's perspectives. However, if "Pittacus Lore" adds more points of view in the next book, it will make the series so much more harder to follow. I'd prefer to read from Eight or Nine,...
It is perhaps possible for a book to be an entertaining one and yet not a very good one. I have found this to be the case with The Inheritance Series, Artemis Fowl, Maximum Ride and several other substandard YA novels (perhaps including The Hunger Games) though they each differ in quality.
