I really like Mary Burton's voice and thoroughly enjoyed the Last Victim. She writes a chilling novel with a frightening antagonist and an appealing alpha Texas Ranger hero. The heroine is scared by her past and struggling to remember a brutal attack that nearly cost her life. Full review to come.
