How to be happy? Does a way of eradicating suffering and sadness truly exist? Can we prevent the past from conditioning our present to relive time and time again that which causes us so much harm but yet we cannot manage to leave behind? How do we liberate ourselves from the tyranny of the thoughts that won't leave us alone, always with its questions, critiques, contradictions and insatiable desires? Are perfection, success, power, money and reputation, ideas that, instead of motivating us, overwhelm us, frustrate and paralyze us? How then, can we definitively achieve that inner peace we all search for to live a plentiful life?
This book does not answer any questions, and simultaneously, it does, not with
a specific formula, a practice, a thought process, a dogma, a certainty or a definite response, but rather allows the reader to become conscious from other perspectives, leaving aside the beliefs and ideas that have tied us up for years.
This work is an invitation to wake up, to be Present, to meet the real essence of the Being, putting aside the struggles and fragmented characteristics of the ego: That perverse "I am" that traps us in a house of mirrors. This book is a call for a Full Life, to rediscover being everyone and everything, finding peace in unity without conflicts, sadness, desires or lacks.
"There are no exit doors for those who do not want to get out from their own four walls", is one of the reflections that you will find in this book. That is the invitation: open your doors and all the windows, and discover that life is a blessing. The Zen Buddhism states: Here we only know one miracle, and it is that when I am hungry, I eat, and when I'm tired, I sleep. That´s it. Wouldn't it be beautiful to live like that, miracle to miracle?
