I love this book; it is one of my old-fashioned comfort reads. Every time I pick it up it reminds me of the most important things in life: loyalty, companionship, forgiveness, simple pleasures. The world would be a lesser place had Mr. Graham not penned this story.

Mole, Rat, Badger, and especially the ingenious and inimitable Mr. Toad are a perfect fusion of temperaments, quirks, s...
