At times this was very hard to read because of the brutality, but it was also realistic and somewhat inspiring to watch Paula begin to reclaim herself and her life.
This is the second book in the series by Sharon Lathan. I loved this book as well as the first. It takes place a few months into their marriage and has some great twists in this story. It is amazing to see how much they care for each other and more steamy scenes.
