A fine new fantasy series with a twist--instead of making up a fantasy world, the author set the story in colonial Boston. It reminded me a little of Harry Dresden, and will be enjoyed by fans who like mystery, fantasy and a nice dose of history.
Thieftaker by D.B. Jackson tells the story of Ethan Kaille, a man with a checkered past, who uses his conjuring skills to track down thieves and return stolen goods to their owners.
