2.5 starsAs I had read similar books, there wasn't anything that I didn't already know. It's mediocre compared to similar books but certainly not the worst choice.

Such a great book, full of insight into why resolutions/goals don't work. It teaches you that you have to learn to love yourself and look past the things that you hold deep in order to accomplish those goals - and has some great activities to help you reach them.
