Hi everyone-- welcome to Gay YA's discussion group on booklikes! This was created on a whim when Carola (@brilliantreads over on Twitter) suggested a group on Goodreads. We're doing our best to move away from that site since it is owned by Amazon which is currently doing it's best to force deplorable situations on authors, but we thought idea was great and decided to make one here instead.

Since it was created on a whim, most of our time and energy will be focused elsewhere-- but we're excited to get this going! If you want to help us with getting it started up/co-running it, shoot me an email at victoria@gayya.org, and we can talk.

If this is the first time you've heard about GayYA.org, here's a little bit about us: we're a blog that's run by a collection of guest posts from authors, readers, and industry workers, all who have something to contribute to the conversation about Gay YA. We're dedicated to fandoming over books with LGBTQIA+ characters and pairings in them, and talking about the issues that surround them. All gender identities, sexual orientations, and romantic orientations are welcome.
